Is Range Fuels Floundering?

From online articles it appears that Range Fuels is making progress, but nothing near what was promised at the company's beginning.  Sr. VP Bill Schafer comments:

Since Range Fuels will experiment with miscanthus and switchgrass, there is some justification for pine producers to be alarmed. Consolation prize: Pine oil production?
