Your report: The street designated Fowler Street is actually Ballpark Drive. The portion of Third Street southwest of Ga 56/US221 is named Fowler Street. Treutlen High School is not located at Highland St. It is on Fowler Street at the circle called Holland Place, but Holland Place is on the southeast side of Fowler St., not the northwest side.
