Ridgecrest: New Housing in Soperton

.
This could easily be another Parkerville story, as Mr. and Mrs. Hilton Joiner are another family of good neighbors with a heart and spirit for the community. They are always involved with the Halloween hayride and other activities for the children, who are always welcome to feed the ducks at their pond. Mr. Joiner built some of the houses in the Pineland Subdivision, but his latest building project is in Soperton.
.

.
It's the new Ridgecrest development on US 221, on the south edge of Soperton, across from Canary Circle near the old Roydon Wear building. There are nine units almost finished with the possibility of three more.
.

.

.
Some of the units have three bedrooms with two baths. Smaller ones have two bedrooms with one bath. Square footage ranges from 980 to 1170. Furnished kitchens. All units are energy efficient and some handicap-accessible. All are low maintenance with paved driveways, sodded front lawns, spacious grassed back yards. Attractive wooden fencing affords privacy.
.

.
The houses will be available for rent, for sale, or owner financed. It is the largest housing development Soperton has seen in a long time.
