Many, many moons ago a contractor began working on a project to improve traffic lights and storm sewers. After watching the orange barrels stand lonely, a new contractor made much headway this week under DOT supervision.The big question is how well the eastbound trucks turning right will negotiate the new curb in front of the newspaper building.
