True, but outdated. Ashley Lewis did go missing from Kannapolis on New Year's Eve 2009. However, reports indicate that Ashley has now been located safe and well. It should be noted that two other teenagers that are also named Ashley Lewis have been reported missing in other parts of the United States and this is causing some confusion.
